Makinda Herbal Soak

Makinda Soak is a wonderful selection of nourishing herbs that calm and soothe the mind and body. This uniquely crafted herbal soak has the power to relax and restore the overactive nervous system and uplift the spirit.

How to use: Add 3-5 tablespoons of the herbs to boiled water and let steep for at least 15 min. Ideally use a French press or teapot with a strainer. The herbal infusion is then poured into the bath.

Ingredients: Oat straw, orange peel, anise seeds, roses.

Store in a cool dry place.
