Weaving Water Journey — A Somatic Journey Through Icelandic Landscapes 

Held in the raw, volcanic landscapes of Iceland, Weaving Water Journey is a five-day immersive experience where water becomes teacher, mirror, and medicine. Through Iceland’s geothermal pools, rivers, waterfalls, and open land, we explore the way water shapes bodies, relationships, and inner worlds.

Each day we weave together aquatic practices, land-based movement, ritual, cultural immersion, and deep rest. The rhythm of the journey mirrors the Icelandic elements themselves—slow landings, expansive exploration, playful flow, and grounded integration.

We begin gently, allowing the body and nervous system to arrive. From there, the group moves through shared experiences: floating together in warm waters, sound and sauna rituals, hiking through volcanic landscapes, and discovering Iceland’s unique swimming-pool culture. Alongside the collective moments, there is space for one-on-one sessions, personal reflection, and unstructured rest.

This journey is as much about connection and pleasure as it is about depth. There is room for laughter, games, wellness as celebration

 

Pricing and Accommodation

Total Price: €1,850.00

The price includes:

• Lunch, dinner, snacks, and picnic lunches during all program days

• All activities included in the program

• Admission to Reykjadalur hot river and pools during our program

• Transportation to and from all scheduled activities

 

Please note: Accommodation is not included in the program price.

Participants can choose from a variety of accommodation options in the town of Hveragerði, located about 30 minutes from Reykjavík, where the program will take place.
